Why should I order from your company?
We have been creating wedding hangers for over 5 years, but have actually been wire artisans for over 20 years now. Because of this, we probably have more wire writing experience than just about any other wedding hanger company. We are located in the USA...near Orlando,FL

 

I can change the hanger color on any of your hangers...correct?
Yes...you would just select the hanger color from the drop down menu.

 

Can I also request a different bow color on any hanger as well?
Yes...you would just put your bow color preference in the "special instructions" box during the checkout process...OR you can email us your request. Please see our bow color page for the colors we have available.

 

***Please be advised that once you send the order through,you will no longer be able to see your instructions on your invoice, but we will be able to see them from our end. You can also drop us an email with the same instructions if it makes you rest a little easier.



How do I let you know what I would like on my custom hanger?
You would let us know your request as clearly as possible in the  "add a note to your order" link during the checkout process. If we have any questions,we will drop you an email within just a few days. We always check the special instructions before creating an order. ***If you miss the "special instructions" box when you checkout, no worries, just drop us an email with your requests for your order. We will respond back by the next business day***


Can you put a heart on my custom hanger?
Yes, as long as the name needed is 15 letters or less


How do I type a heart so that you'll know what I mean?
You would type either *heart* OR <3 where you would like for the heart to go in your requests during checkout.


I notice that some of your hangers have hearts, or have hearts for the dots on the letter i's...How do I let you know if I want the i's dotted with hearts or hearts added before and after the name?
You would just simply put a note in the "special instructions box" during the checkout process letting us know all your requests for your hanger(s). If you are unsure of how to do this...you can go ahead and place your order,then just simply send us an email with your requests to affordableweddinghangers@gmail.com. We will respond within one day or less.


Can you put capital letters or all non capital letters on my custom hanger?
Yes, we can put either. But be advised,we will make the hanger exactly as you have it typed in your request.


Can I get a date/numbers on my custom hanger?
Yes, we can put a date or numbers on your hanger. If you want the date as well as a name underneath,please order from our double lined hanger listing that includes the date...If you only want the date,you can order from our single line date hanger listing and just enter your .wedding date in the special instructions box.


My future last name is longer than 18 characters...Can I still purchase?
Yes, if your name is longer than 18 characters,please purchase from any double lined hanger listing and just be sure to include your information in the special instructions box.


How can I include a gift note with my order?
Just include the note along with your other requests during the checkout process,and mark it as *PLEASE INCLUDE THIS NOTE.

Will I receive an email when my order ships?
Yes,you will.


Is there a tracking number available for my order?
Yes, your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You will receive this email when the order actually ships.


How fast can these be shipped?
Based on our current workload, your order will ship within approximately 2 weeks by USPS Priority. Orders are handcrafted in the order in which they are received. Please be mindful of this time-frame when ordering for an upcoming event, as well as the current estimated shipping time frame of the USPS, as mentioned below.You will receive an email with your tracking information when your order ships.

 

When will my order be delivered after they are shipped?
During the current postal season, your order should arrive to you 2-4 postal days after it ships by USPS Priority. We have no control over the USPS delivery time-frame! Your tracking information should give you an estimated delivery date.

 

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the U.S.A. due to the high cost of shipping overseas.


How much is shipping?
To make things simple for all our customers,the shipping fee is already included in the price of your hanger! We only ship by USPS Priority, in boxes that are either 16x13x3 or 16x14x3.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, CB, Discover, and Diners Club)


When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.


Do you store credit card details?
No,we do not.We use a reputable service through Shopify that authorizes credit card payments and processes them securely for us.


Florida Residents:
All shipments sent within Florida are subject to 6% sales tax.


How long have you been making wedding hangers?
We have been creating custom wedding hangers for almost 5 years,but we have been bending wire into names for over 20 years.

 

What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
If your item has been marked as “delivered” by USPS, but you did not receive the item, please contact your local post office or carrier.


What if my hanger arrives damaged?
We do everything to ensure that your order is safely packaged. Your order will come bubble wrapped in a sturdy USPS Priority box to protect from any damage. All of our hangers are of excellent quality,include the notches on either end, and can hold the dress just fine. If your hanger arrives damaged beyond repair, please send us an email with an attachment photo of the damage, within 3 days of receiving your order, so that we can prepare to send you a replacement if needed. The hanger must be damaged to receive a free replacement.


Do you offer bulk discounts?
We think you'll find that all of our hangers are currently priced at very fair and affordable prices, but occasionally, we may offer discount codes.


Do you offer wholesale options for retail businesses?
Yes we do! Please contact us by email to inquire.
