Refunds & Replacements


If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive it and let us know.... we are more than happy to help! We do not offer refunds, but will make sure we do what we can so that you are satisfied with your purchase.


What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as “delivered” by USPS, or items not received due to incorrect shipping address entered. Please contact your local postal carrier in the event that your item does not arrive. We have no control other than the tracking number once it is mailed. Please understand that even though USPS Priority is usually delivered within 3 postal days, the USPS does not guarantee this time frame. If there is any other assistance we can provide, please contact us by email.

What if my hanger arrives damaged?
We do everything to ensure that your order is safely packaged. Your order will come bubble wrapped in a sturdy USPS Priority box to protect from any damage. All of our hangers are of excellent quality,include the notches on either end, and can hold the dress just fine. If your hanger arrives damaged beyond repair, please send us an email with an attachment photo of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order, so that we can prepare to send you a replacement if needed.
